::: venice to santa monica :::

a gloomy, Sunday bike ride along the coast is just what we needed.  Venice Beach to Santa Monica enjoying the warm air, snapping polaroids, people watching and each other. (and trust me... there are plenty of "interesting" people to be seen in this part of LA for sure) a perfect afternoon. xo Sécia F O L L O W    U S   O N    I N S T A G R A M   ::    @seciasophia

{postagram} LOVE

I am absolutely in love with my  postagram  app! It's so much fun sending personalized postcards to my loved ones, far away. My favorite part, they also print the message on the back of the photo so when you pop it out you'll always have that little note.  I sent these in an effort to tempt my parents to come out to Los Angeles for a visit. I'm completely addicted... keep your eyes peeled, you might even find one in your mailbox soon. xo

Weekly Wrap-Up

My view walking to lunch on the first day of Spring. I love the ocean. It's so intimidating and wonderful. It looks like there's a chance of rain again this weekend but Ben bought himself a new (to him)  Townie 7D  so rain or shine, there will definitely be some bike riding going down. Currently Reading:   The Acid House   by Irvine Welsh Highlight of the Week:  Peyton Manning a Denver Bronco? Awesome. On the To-Do List:  Still on the hunt for a vintage caravan . Here are a few we hope to check out: 1 , 2 , 3 & 4 . Bloglove: *  Bleubird  makes me want to plant a garden this spring. * This  gravel pit party  makes me miss my peeps back home in Denver. * Dabito introduced us to a new ice cream & espresso bar  (two things I can't live without) in town. * Joan's mud room is to die for. * Look at these tiny thumb-drives ! I'm a sucker for super weird gadgets. * These  recipe bags  would be so helpful while shopping...

[sunday bike rides]

I really, really, really love our Sunday bike rides. We always stop by Starbucks for a little coffee (I love my cup holder ) and sometimes visit the used bike shop down the street and admire the vintage bicycles. I don't know what it is but that rolled up pant leg is such a turn on! I know... I'm weird, but what can I say? I love the guy. I'm really loving this warmer weather. Do you have any fun traditions? xo Sécia F O L L O W    U S   O N    I N S T A G R A M   ::    @seciasophia
